REQUIRED Experience/Skills:

🌱 Growth-Focused Expertise: Demonstrated success in orchestrating effective B2B marketing campaigns and driving substantial growth for brands. We need an expert ready to help us scale our agency.

💼Professional Experience: 4+ years in marketing.

⚙️Tool Mastery: Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Surfer SEO, Kartra, WordPress, Clickup, ChatGPT and the like.

💻Experience with PPC or online advertising: Some degree of experience with online advertising is a must. We will supplement your knowledge with all things Amazon. We are constantly learning and questioning our assumptions so we can provide our clients with cutting-edge service.

🌟Languages: English fluency is essential. Bonus points for a speaker of any of the major European languages, German, French, Spanish, or Italian.

📝Organization: As we are a distributed team, you must be a total pro at managing your own time, prioritizing your energy during your peak work hours, and occasionally delegating & monitoring work with others. You understand the difference between being “responsible” versus “accountable” for work getting done.

🏆 Communication: You must be skilled at developing rapport with your team members and communicating effectively with them about projects, deadlines, and responsibilities. We heavily rely on asynchronous communication through Slack in order to get things done, so clarity in written communication is essential.

✨Accountability: Our team and company depend on you to be our driving force in B2B marketing, ensuring we reach our goals and make a significant impact in the industry. “Doing what you say you’ll do” is paramount, we hold everyone to a high standard. We hire adults and treat them like adults.

💡Creativity: You will have the freedom to discover ways to deliver results and sharing your new ideas with the team is highly encouraged as processes and systems can always be improved.

⏰Western EU/Asian time zones: You must be able to easily connect with the majority of our client base and team, so having at least some time zone overlap with the EU ensures that can happen.

🎓Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

🎨 Collaboration Captain: Partner with our content and design teams to weave compelling narratives for our campaigns.

📊 Analytics Ace: Dive deep into metrics, refining our direction and making data-driven decisions.

💡 Trend Tracker: Stay updated, with an ever-eager eye on the latest in digital marketing trends and tools.

🗺 Lead the Way: Develop and oversee B2B growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content, social media, and paid ads targeted at Amazon business clients.

🎤 Unified Voice: Collaborate across teams, ensuring a cohesive marketing effort that resonates with our business audience.

💼 Digital Steward: Ensure our platforms, from blogs to social media, are optimized and engaging for Amazon Sellers, Amazon advertisers and eCommerce enthusiasts.

📋 Report & Refine: Regularly brief our leadership on B2B marketing initiatives and propose innovative refinements to drive business-to-business growth.
