I. Proven Track Record of Leadership for The Gamma Nu Nu Chapter

 

Basileus

  • Served two terms (2023-25)

  • Implemented metrics and annual calendar of events capturing service hours

  • Second District Social Action Small Chapter of the Year (2023-24)

  • 2nd Place Second District Small Chapter of the Year (2023 -24)

  • 100% retention of newly initiated brothers (financial and highly engaged after 3 years)

  • Led chapter retreats to work on strategy and 5-year strategic plan 

  • Hosted Achievement Week Banquets

 

Vice Basileus

  • Served two terms (2021-23)

  • Supported and guided chapter committee chairs, fostering strong brotherhood engagement and achieved exceptional results

  • Led formal chapter meetings when called upon by the Basileus

  • Led first chapter retreat

II. Leadership for Corridor IV   

 

  • Supported the vision and strategic imperatives of Second District Representatives (2024-2026)

  • Revolutionized Corridor MSP program leading to unprecedented outcomes for new brothers and high participation and engagement levels from brotherhood 

  • Team approach has led unprecedented corridor unity (North, South, and Central NJ)

  • Led efforts to reactivate or maintain good standing of 11 of 12 undergraduate chapters by Spring 2024

  • Led MSP and helped facilitate the induction of over 80 new members into the fraternity.

 

 III. Gamma Epsilon Alumni Association 

 

  • Founding Member (2019) 

  • President (2022-present) 

  • Since 2022, the Alumni Association has contributed >$300,000 to Hampton University including >$175,000 towards the Gamma Epsilon Endowment Fund 

  • Embarking on a one-million-dollar pledge to Hampton University over the next 10 years

  • General Manager of the Schools & Libraries Program (E-Rate) responsible for over 200 employees and the disbursement of over $2.3 Billion in federal funding for all Schools and Libraries throughout the country for internet access and computer equipment.
